Blade Movies In Order Of Release

The character of Blade, the half-human/half-vampire, was created for Marvel Comics in 1973 by writer Marv Wolfman and artist Gene Colan.

Years after his origin story was told in comic book form, Blade made his first movie appearance in 1998 with Wesley Snipes in the lead role. Two sequels followed as well as a television series starring Kirk “Sticky” Jones as Blade in 2006.

It has been a while since we last saw Blade on the big screen but he is set to make his return in September 2024 as part of Phase 5 of the MCU. Academy Award winner Mahershala Ali will be donning the famous black leather coat and shades in the new movie.
